Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

3. Payment Terms

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://bbsecrets.net/ policies and rules.

4. Eligibility

Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. User Account Responsibility

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account, login credentials, and password. BB Secrets shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to protect account information.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our products to UAE and selected international destinations.

Shipping Process

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Shipping will be done through a third-party courier service.

  • All items are carefully inspected and packed in good condition before dispatch.

  • Proof of delivery receipt will be signed and confirmed by the customer upon delivery. Customers are advised to keep a copy of the delivery confirmation for reference.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery within UAE: 1–2 working days.

  • International Delivery: 4–10 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Delivery Fees

  • UAE Delivery Fees: Flat rate of AED 10.

  • International Delivery Fees: Charges will be displayed at checkout depending on country and location.

To avoid delays, customers must provide complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Refund requests must comply with the conditions outlined below.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refunds may be applicable in cases of damaged items, incorrect products, or valid disputes approved by BB Secrets after review.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only if:

  • The product packaging has not been opened,

  • The product is damaged upon delivery, or

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Customers must notify us immediately and return the item in its original, sealed packaging.

We can only accept returns of products that:

  • Have not been used or tampered with,

  • Are sealed and remain in original packaging.

Products must be returned via a registered courier service. BB Secrets reserves the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or altered.

If all conditions are met, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund through the original payment method.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

If applicable, any No Refund or No Cancellation conditions will be clearly communicated to customers before completing their purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

PRICING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All product prices are listed in AED.

BB Secrets strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In such cases, BB Secrets reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary. Customers will be notified in case of pricing discrepancies before processing the order.

The price displayed at checkout will be the final price charged.
